Construction Management
BUILT navigates contract delivery methods from Design-Bid-Build, Design & Build and Construction Management-At-Risk to Integrated Project Delivery with expertise. BUILT will perform to make informed decisions to act on the optimal approach based on the projects’ size, complexity, constraints, risk parameters and requirements while continuing the coordination and progress of the site activities.
Contract Administration
FIDIC and bespoke Forms of Contract incl. DREC — changes, valuations, variations, notices, claims assessment and final account.
Procurement
Oversee the bid process, tender documentation, evaluation and award recommendations including the direct management of design / engineering approvals to secure materials procurement and timely delivery to the site.
Handover & Close-out
Phasing, coordinating, and managing Authority requirements with/by the Contractor. Compiling and reviewing the O&M documentation, including Asset Registers, Defects and Close Out.
